Son James treats diners to a daily changing selection of simply cooked whole fish and other, more modern, imaginative seafood dishes. In addition to fishermen, they support the local baker and a hydroponic farmer who is just a few kilometres from the restaurant. Their 150+ wine bin is renowned locally.
