Coolinary and the Parched Pig

Contemporary

$$$

Previously two distinct concepts, Chef/owner Tim Lipman has married Coolinary and the Parched Pig for a delightful hodge-podge that truly has something for everyone. Contemporary with a seasonal focus, this kitchen-sink menu has everything from lamb croquetas and deviled eggs to crispy pork ramen and a smashburger. The confit chicken over braised chickpeas is a hearty plate designed for the hungriest of diners, and though the menu is always shifting, but if the cornmeal fried fluke with Key lime chayote squash slaw, scallion and chipotle crema is available, it's a no brainer. Amid lush greenery framing the entrance, this restaurant opens to a range of comfortable velvet seating in shades of green and mustard yellow, surrounded by subtle peacock motif artwork throughout the space, adding a touch of color and personality. The menu focuses on Indian cuisine, rooted in regional flavors. Lamb samosas with their savory filling of ground lamb and peas in a flaky pastry purse, well spiced with a gentle heat and served with a cilantro mint chutney, are the perfect starter. Then, move on to the Kerala curried beef short rib, fork tender and served with piping hot, fluffy bas

There is a saying that "all the world's a stage," and at this Palm Beach Gardens restaurant, it's certainly true that all the world is on the menu. This large, contemporary restaurant in a shopping center is full of surprises. Chef Pushkar Marathe oversees an eclectic menu that isn't bound by any one cuisine. His Indian roots appear throughout, while other dishes are inspired by his travels. Butter chicken is a nod to his Indian roots while duck confit egg rolls, shrimp and grits, and a burger show off his wide-reaching inspiration. No matter the selection, it's all good and there's something

The Butcher's Club

Steakhouse

$$$$

Make no bones about it: few things go together as well as a steakhouse at a golf club, and The Butcher's Club, tucked within the PGA National Resort, is exactly that. Chef/owner Jeremy Ford has crafted a classic-leaning menu with high-quality products (and prices to match). Begin with Florida stone crab, served with a dill Dijon emulsion and a habanero hot sauce, then choose from any of their steaks, including wagyu and bison. Any steakhouse worth its salt delivers impressive sides, and this spot is no exception—the potato gratin baked within a caramelized Vidalia onion shell is decadent. Stay
