Sandpiper Inn

Traditional British

££

You’ll receive a cheery Yorkshire welcome from the friendly owners of this characterful stone pub, which has been impressing locals and visitors alike for over 25 years in this pretty market town. They refer to their three dining rooms as 'snugs' and rightly so, as there's a delightfully cosy vibe throughout. The menus are overtly seasonal and reflect the location with ingredients like Dales lamb, and the chef's experience shines through in carefully prepared, tried-and-tested dishes. Two ‘country-chic’ bedrooms offer excellent comforts for those wishing to stay over.
