Guests praise the exceptional hospitality of Inoka and her family, who provide personalized care and assistance. Food is highly rated for being delicious and generous. Rooms are clean and the pool is excellent. The main drawback is the remote location outside Kandy, requiring tuk-tuk transport. Minor issues include shower drainage and occasional billing confusion.
