Guest scores & sentiment

From 85 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19

Guests consistently praise the convenient yet tranquil location within a short walk to town, spotlessly clean modern apartments, stunning lake views, and attentive staff. Breakfast baskets and well-equipped kitchens are highly valued. Minor drawbacks include the steep uphill walk back, partially open sleeping areas that may feel tight for four, and occasional issues like missing mosquito screens or curtain gaps.

Senso Lake Garda Alfio Ghezzi

Creative, Modern Cuisine · ★ Michelin

€€€€

We recommend arriving early at this restaurant housed within the “EALA – My Lakeside Dream” hotel so that you can admire the spectacular daytime views of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the two dining rooms. Here, Alfio Ghezzi creates two tasting menus (from which dishes can be chosen à la carte style) which celebrate the region, starting with a focus on freshwater fish. His unmistakeable style results in dishes that are elegant and occasionally minimalist (but not simple), while avoiding unnecessary frills so that the flavours of the superb ingredients shine through.
