Guest scores & sentiment
From 115 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19
Guests consistently praise the prime location next to the metro, friendly and responsive staff, high cleanliness standards, and modern design. Dining, room service, and spa facilities receive frequent compliments. Main drawbacks involve compact standard rooms, noise from nearby roads or the lobby, occasionally basic breakfast offerings, and isolated incidents of inconsistent service or facility maintenance.
