Dining here is also a pleasantly informal experience, with an appealing à la carte selection to whet the appetite: think organic Wagyu burger or Backhendl (fried chicken) with potato and lamb's lettuce salad and cranberries, not to mention Kaiserschmarrn (Austrian pancake dessert) with two types of compote.
