With a distinct culinary style, he seamlessly blends Japanese and regional elements with classic flavours. Ingredients are of the highest quality, with no compromises – from hand-dived scallops and locally sourced venison to the restaurant's own honey, and fennel pollen from the neighbouring field. Wirtsstube im Hotel Burkhard

Country cooking, Home Cooking · Bib

€€

In the second restaurant of the hotel Landgasthof Burkhard, the cuisine is somewhat simpler, which does not detract from the quality. Dishes range from cordon bleu to sea bream with lemon. The dining areas are cosy and prettily done out – you can choose to enjoy your meal in the Wirtsstube or the Esszimmer. The inner courtyard terrace, which is shared with the Kaminstube, is also very appealing.

The former hall of a bank is now a smart and sophisticated restaurant serving ambitious cuisine. Here, culinary tradition is tastefully combined with modern trends. On the menu, for example: char fillet, strudel dough, celery, turnips, kohlrabi. Tip: try the home-made pralines with your coffee. Charming, attentive and experienced service.
