Guest scores & sentiment
From 205 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-16
Guests highly praise the stunning Connemara riverside setting, expansive grounds, and exceptionally warm, attentive staff. Rooms are spacious with beautiful views, and dining quality is excellent, delivering a true five-star experience. Main drawbacks include inconsistent temperature control due to no AC and overheating radiators, occasional slow service at reception or restaurants, and concerns over high prices paired with small portion sizes.
