Guest scores & sentiment
From 157 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-18
Guests consistently praise the friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms, and tranquil natural setting. However, dining quality and value are frequently criticized as underwhelming and slow. The spa and pool areas face recurring complaints regarding cold water, broken equipment, and inadequate maintenance. Overall, the stay offers strong hospitality and location but requires significant operational improvements in F&B and wellness facilities.
