Guest scores & sentiment
From 79 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-20
Guests consistently praise the stunning Kazbek mountain views, clean and modern rooms, exceptionally hospitable hostess, central location, and excellent value. Minor drawbacks include mattresses that some find too soft, insufficient heating in colder weather, cash-only payments, occasional language barriers, and isolated maintenance issues such as low water pressure or missing amenities. Overall, the experience is highly rated and memorable.
