Guest scores & sentiment
From 86 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19
Guests overwhelmingly praise Libélula’s secluded Sian Ka’an setting, private beach, and “old Tulum” tranquility. Personalized hospitality, excellent local cuisine, and craft cocktails are frequent highlights. However, some note the glamping-style setup lacks air conditioning and traditional hotel amenities, the remote location requires transport planning, and service responsiveness can vary.
