- 酒店房间多。而且人手不够。延迟基本没问题。我延迟到4点，但是晚上10点才处理check out给我发账单（所以其实再晚点走也没人管）
- 我想升级upper story。他们忽略不见，就正常的升了个假套房
- 史上最差早餐。味道还行，但是服务员就仨，特忙，没人引位，顾客走了也不收拾，你就自己找地儿坐。而且它没有on-site厨房，是room service那帮人推个小车从别的地房来给你上菜。一个酸奶水果都要等30分钟
- 人手不够。他们很假惺惺的提前给发邮件短信，然而你回复它基本不会改变什么。拿行李的bell service粗鲁。valet是旁边第三方停车场提供的更粗鲁。housekeeper换水杯上面还带着纸屑，还不如不换。

- 从基础房型升级到了studio，但是没有central park view，楼层也比较低
- 位置很好，离central park只有3条街，对面就是Park Hyatt NY
- 早餐每人一份主食一份饮料， 合计两人吃了80多刀都免了，如果不是globalist福利肯定不会选择在酒店吃
- 没有浴缸，窗帘是坏的。床睡起来很舒服，论舒适度hyatt系里仅次于park hyatt（个人向，YMMV)。
