Unlike other vacation rental companies, there are no cleaning fees and no check-out instructions. Guests of The Villas of Amelia Island also have exclusive access to the Omni resort pools and other amenities including shuttle transportation within the resort grounds. /n***Oak Marsh Golf Course will be closed for renovation February 2024- late December 2024. During this time our guests will continue to have access to Little Sandy and Long Point. In addition, select area golf courses will be available to our guests by contacting the golf pro shop 904-277-5907.
